We ship worldwide. All shipping times listed below are estimates and may vary depending on your location and other factors.

1. Shipping costs
Orders over $49 ship free to most countries. For orders under $49, shipping is $6.99.
Some regions require commercial express delivery, which may have different free shipping thresholds. If you're unsure about shipping costs to your area, contact us at shop@yybbjewelry.com before placing your order.

2. Order processing time
Most orders are processed within 1-5 business days. Processing time is when we prepare your order for shipment, not the time it takes to reach you.
Processing may take longer during busy periods, national holidays, or if an item is temporarily out of stock. We'll contact you if there's any unexpected delay.

3. Estimated delivery times
Total delivery time = processing time + shipping time.
Shipping times by region:
- United States: 7-12 business days
- Other countries: 3-20 days
These estimates don't include weekends, holidays, or customs delays. Most orders arrive within 7-30 days total.

4. Tracking your order
Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with a tracking number and a link to track your package. If you don't see the email, check your spam folder. If you still can't find it, contact us and we'll resend the tracking information.

5. What if I entered the wrong shipping address or ordered the wrong item?

We process orders quickly, often the same day. If your order has already shipped, we may not be able to make changes. In that case, you would need to place a new order for the correct item.
