Return & Refund Policy
We check every order before it ships. If something isn't right when it arrives, or if you're simply not happy with your purchase, we want to make it easy to resolve.
Starting a return
To begin a return, email us at shop@yybbjewelry.com. We'll respond with shipping instructions and let you know where to send your package.
Please don't send items back before contacting us first. We need to set up your return in our system so we can track it and process your refund promptly.
Return requirements
For a return to be accepted, items must be:
- In the same condition you received them
- Unworn and unused
- With all original tags attached
- In the original packaging
You'll also need your receipt or proof of purchase. This helps us locate your order quickly and process your return faster.
Damaged, defective, or wrong items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, email us at shop@yybbjewelry.com with:
- Your order number
- Photos of the package and items
We'll review the situation and work with you to fix it. The sooner you contact us, the faster we can help.
Delivery issues
If tracking shows "delivered" but you didn't receive your package: We can't offer refunds or replacements without documentation from your local post office confirming the package was lost. We know this is frustrating, but this policy protects both you and us from delivery disputes.
If delivery fails due to an incorrect address: We're unable to provide refunds or re-sends in this situation. Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order to make sure it can receive packages.
Items that can't be returned
Some items aren't eligible for returns:
- Sale items and gift cards
- Custom or personalized orders
- Perishable goods (food, flowers, plants)
- Personal care items (beauty products)
- Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases
If you're unsure whether your item qualifies for a return, just ask. We're happy to clarify.
Exchanges
We don't do direct exchanges. The quickest way to get a different item is to return what you have and place a new order for what you want. This way you won't have to wait for your return to arrive before we ship the replacement.
For customers in the European Union
Under EU consumer protection law, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of receiving it, for any reason. No explanation needed.
The same return requirements apply: items must be unused, with tags, in original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.
How refunds work
Once we receive your return, we'll inspect it and email you to confirm whether your refund is approved.
If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Keep in mind that your bank or credit card company may take additional time to post the refund to your account.
If more than 15 business days have passed since we approved your return and you still don't see the refund, please contact us at shop@yybbjewelry.com so we can look into it.
